As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and contributing to our overall success. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately. Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products. Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout to improve workflow and space utilization. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in regular safety training sessions. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Associate. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate material handling equipment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
