Warehouse Associate

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to manage daily receiving, inspection, inventory and delivery. Must be fluent in Chinese. Warehouse / logistics experience preferred, basic Excel required. Job Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, inspection, putaway, outbound delivery and record keeping. Sort, store and label products in compliance with standards, maintain clean and organized warehouse space. Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure inventory records match physical stock; promptly report any discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, sales and operation teams for order fulfillment and stock replenishment. Oversee warehouse safety, implement fire prevention and anti-theft measures to minimize product damage. Create and maintain inventory records via Excel or warehouse management systems. Deliver and pick up goods off-site as required by delivery schedules. Job Requirements Good physical health, detail-oriented and responsible. Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred. Basic Excel skills for inventory logging; experience using WMS, ERP systems or PDA devices is a plus. Fluent in verbal Chinese communication. Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and execution capability. Able to commit to long-term stable employment.
