Warehouse Associate

About EASE EASE Seating Systems makes an FDA Registered Class I alternating pressure wheelchair cushion. We are a small, hands-on team, and every order that leaves our warehouse goes to someone who depends on it. The person in this role makes sure it arrives correct, complete, and on time. What you will do Fulfill customer orders from Shopify: pick, pack, and ship accurately and on schedule Receive incoming shipments, check them against packing lists, and put stock away Keep inventory counts accurate and flag shortages or discrepancies early Prepare shipping labels and paperwork for domestic and international orders Process returns and inspect returned product Complete and maintain records in our electronic quality management system (eQMS) Communicate order status, issues, and updates with the team in Slack Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Help the operations team with light assembly, kitting, and other tasks as needed What we are looking for Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience Experience with Shopify order fulfillment, or the ability to learn it quickly Comfortable working in an eQMS and following documented procedures; experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices is a plus Comfortable using Slack for daily team communication Strong attention to detail, since order accuracy matters with a medical device Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on a small team Pallet jack or forklift experience is a plus Why work with us Your work directly helps wheelchair users stay comfortable and healthy Small team where your work is noticed and your ideas get heard Room to learn and take on more responsibility as the company grows How to apply Apply here on Indeed.
