Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with the receiving, shipping, picking, and inventory teams to maintain order accuracy, inventory integrity, and a safe, organized warehouse. Job Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments, verify part numbers and quantities, and report discrepancies. Inspect products for damage and place inventory in the correct labeled locations. Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer and production orders as assigned. Prepare shipments, apply accurate labels, and verify shipping documentation. Maintain clean, organized shelves, bins, workstations, and warehouse aisles. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments. Operate scanners, warehouse software, pallet jacks, and other approved equipment. Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards or damaged items. Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily warehouse priorities. Required Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. Basic computer skills; experience with scanners or warehouse systems is a plus. Good communication, reliability, teamwork, and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
