Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate who oversees the receipt, storage, and distribution of cylinders and related products within the warehouse; operates fill room systems and dry ice equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

• Opens the warehouse and utilizes dry ice manufacturing system.
• Cuts and packages dry ice for daily deliveries based on pull sheets.
• Fills CO2, propane, and other gas cylinders for delivery according to daily pull sheets.
• Gathers and stages bag-in-box products for daily deliveries, placing them at the loading dock.
• Unloads all incoming vendor deliveries and verify contents.
• Loads and unloads the truck as scheduled.
• Performs routine maintenance on machines and forklifts, records maintenance activities.
• Conducts regular cleaning of the warehouse interior and exterior to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Provides prompt service to over-the-counter customers and delivers purchased products.
• Scans all returned and refilled cylinders using a handheld device for inventory tracking.
• Conducts monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and emergency lighting, ensuring all safety equipment complies.

• Cylinder filling procedure certification in house.
• Forklift certification in house.
• Operate handheld units.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge of a handheld device.
