Warehouse Associate

Main functions: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate organization and maintenance of company-designated warehouse facilities. This position requires fast-paced, trustworthy, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals who can make an immediate impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming deliveries and verify accuracy of shipments Unload, pack, and unpack items for storage and shelving Stock and organize items on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage areas Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to uniform/dress code requirements Follow proper food handling procedures. Identify and report unsafe conditions or work practices Report all work-related accidents immediately Communicate clearly and professionally with team members Ensure adherence to quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and support proper inventory levels Position Requirements: Knowledge of general warehousing practices Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient spoken and written English Punctual, reliable, and consistent attendance required Ability to work in a physically demanding environment for up to 8 hours per day Ability to adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to work in varying climate conditions Qualifications : High School or equivalent (Preferred) 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse (Preferred) Prior experience in pulling orders and recieveing delivery Available Shift: Sunday to Thursday 3:00pm to 11:30pm Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person
