Warehouse Associate
Black cloudsAbout the Role Microtec USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations in Orange, CA. This is a hands-on position where you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently — from receiving incoming shipments to getting customer orders out the door on time. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Operate a forklift to safely load and unload materials Assist with unloading and handling shipping containers Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Support fulfillment and shipping for eCommerce orders Assist with additional warehouse and logistics tasks as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable performing basic computer tasks Strong team player with good communication skills Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Microtec USA Consistent, steady workload with reliable shipment volume Hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations Opportunity to grow with an expanding company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Long-term growth potential within the company Work Location: In person — Orange, CA Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
