Warehouse Associate

This is a second shift position - 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and update records Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock data Ensure proper packaging of products according to shipping standards and trade compliance regulations Assist with order fulfillment for e-commerce platforms and coordinate shipping logistics for domestic and international trade Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, labeling items, and adhering to safety protocols This is a second shift position - 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as Oracle Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations Experience with order picking & packing, load & unload operations, and using equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping weights or quantities Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, order fulfillment, packaging, trade compliance, and e-commerce processes This is a second shift position - 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Join us as a Warehouse Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
