Fulfillment Associate Growing Cosmetics Company | Houston, TX Part-Time | Independent Contractor (1099) Approximately 10 hours/week | $20/hour A growing cosmetics company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support our e-commerce operations in Houston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and can work independently. You’ll help ensure that customer orders are packed accurately, inventory is organized, and fulfillment operations run smoothly. What You’ll Do Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Print shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory counts and flag discrepancies Restock products and shipping supplies as needed Assemble product kits and prepare products for shipment Inspect products for damage or issues before fulfillment Keep the fulfillment and storage area organized and orderly Assist with inventory organization and periodic inventory counts Support other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Reliable and dependable with strong follow-through Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Able to follow processes and maintain accuracy Basic computer skills and comfort using online systems Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work Able to stand, bend, lift, and move boxes and inventory as needed Prior experience in fulfillment, warehousing, inventory, e-commerce, retail, or shipping is a plus, but not required The Details Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week, across 2 days Compensation: $20/hour Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing cosmetics company.
