Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep tire retread production running efficiently by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing tires, materials, and supplies. This hands-on role supports warehouse, production, and shipping operations through accurate inventory control, safe equipment operation, and a clean, organized workspace. Your work helps ensure materials are available when needed and supports the teams safety, quality, and customer service goals. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and checking for damage. Unload, stage, and store tires, retread materials, and supplies in designated locations. Pick and prepare materials for daily production schedules, and move tires and supplies between warehouse, production, and shipping areas. Safely load and unload customer, vendor, and company vehicles. Maintain accurate inventory records, complete inventory transactions, perform cycle counts, and assist with inventory audits. Label, organize, and rotate inventory to support stock control and material traceability. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; inspect equipment daily and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Prepare shipments, package materials, and complete required shipping documentation. Keep the warehouse clean and organized in accordance with company standards and safety requirements. Qualifications 35 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and/or inventory. Previous forklift operating experience. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred. Offered compensation: $19/hr - $23/hr Experience and License Requirements Forklift Operation Shipping and Receiving
