Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate/ Cementing Bulk Plant Operator Location: Strasburg, OH 44680 Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour Work Schedule Rotating schedule: 7 nights on / 3 days off. 7 days on / 4 days off. Candidates must be comfortable working a rotating day and night schedule. Required Qualifications Entry-level position; 1–2 years of experience preferred. Previous experience in warehouse operations, physical labor, manufacturing, industrial work, or similar hands-on environments is highly preferred. Ability to safely lift and move 50 lbs or more. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation and maintenance. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Basic math skills for calculating material quantities and inventory. Effective verbal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements. Work Environment Hands-on bulk plant and warehouse environment. Regular handling, blending, and movement of bulk materials and additives. Physical work involving lifting, material handling, and equipment checks. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
