Position: Warehouse Associate – Level 1 Job summary Provides warehouse support including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders to meet the Company’s productivity and quality objectives. Daily Responsibilities & Tasks Pull product from warehouse stock bins and shelves Package product for shipment, either in boxes or on pallets Prepare shipping documents along with the correct shipping labels and ensure that all orders and withdrawal requests from the warehouse are correctly fulfilled Replenish area inventory stock as required Move raw material to warehouse storage areas Perform inventory cycle counts Ensure that stored product remains clean and is protected from damage Maintain a clean, safe work environment Accept ownership of new and different requests and identifies areas of improvement to increase efficiency and streamline job responsibilities Follow company and job specific safety protocols Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent required Previous warehouse experience (picking, packing, restocking) required Organized and Safety Conscious Attention to detail Requires walking, standing, and repeated hand movement throughout entire shift Requires lifting and moving items Previous experience with shipping local and international orders is a PLUS Note: Maximum weight required to lift is 25 lbs for women and 50 lbs for men Benefits Fit-Line offers competitive wages and benefits for eligible employees, including: Medical, dental, vision insurance plans Vacation, sick and [paid] holidays time Company Contribution to Retirement Savings Plan Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Order picking: 1 year (Required) shipping domestic orders on UPS: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
