Full Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Shift: Monday-Thursday (4:30pm-3:00am) Pay Rate : $20.00 Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Position Summary Join a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment as a Warehouse Associate, where accuracy, efficiency, and reliability are key to success. In this hands-on role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting service level expectations, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Perform daily tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders in accordance with company standards. Accurately scan and process products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods. Inventory Control Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to leadership. Maintain proper product labeling and location accuracy. Order Fulfillment Pick and pack orders efficiently while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time to meet customer expectations. Follow specific client requirements for packaging and labeling. Safety & Compliance Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards). Properly use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Team Support Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily operational goals. Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed based on workload demands. Qualifications Experience: 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred (3PL experience a plus). Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. Dependable with strong work ethic and teamwork mindset. Technical Proficiency: Basic experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus but not required . Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting with physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season and work area. 10–12 hour shifts depending on operational demand .
