Warehouse Associate Join Our Team Aurora Material Solutions is looking for a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you’ll help keep materials, finished goods, and production areas organized and moving efficiently. This is a hands-on position that works closely with warehouse, laboratory, shipping, and production teams. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, communicates well, and takes pride in doing the job safely and accurately. What You’ll Do Move raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and unfinished goods between storage, production, and shipping areas. Safely operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jack, and other material-handling equipment. Load, unload, stack, wrap, label, and stage materials and products. Read work orders and follow written or verbal instructions to prepare materials for production. Keep workstations properly stocked for production runs. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Count, weigh, and record materials handled on daily production sheets. Prepare finished and unfinished goods for shipment or further production. Collect, label, and deliver material samples to the laboratory for testing when needed. Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report concerns to a supervisor. Support quality control and material organization in assigned work areas. Communicate with the shipping office and other team members to help keep orders and deadlines on track. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Support other departments and coworkers as needed to keep operations running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Some knowledge of plastics or polymer materials preferred. At least one year of forklift experience required. Sit-down forklift certification preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand workplace directions and procedures. Related experience or training is helpful, but we’re also willing to consider candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Physical and Work Requirements This is an active, hands-on role in a warehouse and production environment. You should be able to: Lift and move up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of approximately 8–12 hours. Use your hands to handle materials and equipment. Reach with your hands and arms. Work around moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and changing outdoor weather conditions. Safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment. Why Join Aurora Material Solutions?
