Our warehouse team plays an important role in making sure our Plumbing and HVAC technicians have the equipment, parts, and materials they need to serve our customers every day. Position Summary Neffsville Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our Lancaster team. In this role, you will receive and organize inventory, stage equipment and materials for field technicians, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and help maintain accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to safely handle plumbing and HVAC equipment and materials. Previous HVAC or plumbing parts knowledge is highly preferred. What You’ll Do Warehouse & Inventory Operations Receive, stock, and organize plumbing, HVAC, and related materials and equipment. Pick, stage, and prepare equipment, parts, and materials for field technicians. Track inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials. Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Help ensure parts and equipment are stored in the appropriate warehouse locations. Shipping, Receiving & Material Handling Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Verify incoming and outgoing equipment, parts, and materials for accuracy. Help ensure deliveries and returns are properly accounted for. Safely move equipment and materials throughout the warehouse. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed. Safety & Warehouse Organization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow company procedures and established safety protocols. Properly handle and store equipment, parts, and materials. Keep work areas organized to support efficient daily operations. Assist the warehouse and operations teams with additional duties as needed. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment. Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Previous plumbing or HVAC parts knowledge. Previous inventory, warehouse, or parts counter experience. Experience receiving, stocking, staging, and tracking inventory. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment. Forklift certification is a plus. Schedule This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. Available Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation $20.00 per hour Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment. Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting are required. Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move equipment, parts, and materials. Must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment and moving inventory.
