Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate at our facility located in Norristown PA, 19403! As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Hours 8:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Friday Mandatory Overtime 45-47 hour work weeks Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy. Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilization. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory management systems. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
