Warehouse Associate

Duties Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Conduct inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels. Assist with packaging products securely for e-commerce orders and ensure timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations. Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing storage areas, and performing data entry related to shipping & receiving logs. Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment processes, inventory management software updates, and logistics coordination to optimize warehouse distribution efficiency. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory management software is essential. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Proven ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required initially. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams or external partners when necessary.
