Warehouse Associate – Full-Time Anji Mountain | Maryland Heights, Missouri About Anji Mountain Anji Mountain is a growing, family-owned business specializing in innovative products for the home and office. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Maryland Heights, Missouri. As part of a small warehouse team, you will play an important role in our daily operations, including receiving merchandise, managing inventory, picking orders, and preparing shipments for our customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of showing up on time, works well with others, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. Primary Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Receive and unload incoming freight containers and deliveries. Assist with organizing, storing, and putting away incoming inventory. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers, after completing required training and authorization. Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged or defective merchandise. Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines. Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines. Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed. Qualifications and Expectations Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers is a plus. On-site training will be provided. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties throughout the workday. Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Willingness to work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed. A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a strong work ethic. Work Schedule and Location Location: 13955 Riverport Place Drive, Suite 104, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required to complete daily shipping responsibilities, particularly on Mondays or the first business day following a holiday.
