What you will do Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time Receive incoming inventory, check shipments against paperwork and put stock away Prep and label products and shipments for Amazon FBA and other marketplaces Keep inventory accurate and help with cycle counts Use scanners, shipping software and spreadsheets to track orders and stock Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe Support the team wherever needed: every day is different Who we are looking for A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic Reliable and punctual: your team counts on you Eager to learn and grow; you take initiative and ask questions Detail-oriented: the right item, the right box, the right label Comfortable with physical work (standing, walking and lifting boxes during the shift) Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Warehouse or e-commerce experience is a plus, but attitude matters most What we offer $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hands-on training in e-commerce fulfillment Real room to grow into more responsibility as the company grows A friendly, bilingual team where your effort gets noticed Ready to work hard, learn fast and grow with us?
