About the Role We are looking for a fast-paced and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in the packing and shipping of customer orders, ensuring our fulfillment processes run smoothly and efficiently. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Responsibilities & Duties Support daily inventory processes, including receiving, unloading, and processing shipments. Quickly and accurately fulfill customer orders in line with company standards for efficiency and quality. Maintain organized inventory zones and strictly follow standard operating procedures. Operate warehouse equipment and inventory management software as trained. Verify merchandise against shipping documents and inspect for damages. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals. Experience & Skills 1+ year of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and integrity in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Proficiency in learning and utilizing inventory management tools and software. Dependable attendance – you’ll show up on time, every time. Positive, can-do attitude – you create an inclusive environment with all your peers. Ability to professionally receive constructive feedback, and to appropriately coach others when needed. Additional Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move items weighing between 15 and 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, pushing, and pulling. Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures change with the seasons and noise levels may vary. Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position. Perform coordinated physical movements necessary for warehouse operations. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may need to evolve based on business needs. Ability to work weekends and select holidays This role will be part-time Monday through Friday hours are 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Compensation The estimated pay range for this role is $18.00 per hour.
