Warehouse Associate
MAX USA CORP.Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to support inventory management, warehouse distribution, and shipping logistics while delivering responsive customer service. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers and coworkers receive the right products on time. Duties Handle shipping and receiving, load and unload goods, and verify shipments against records. Stock products and complete order picking, picking and packing, packaging, and order fulfillment using an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift as authorized. Use an RF scanner, data entry tools, and inventory management software to update stock and track orders. Support logistics and trade compliance by following applicable international trade regulations and shipment procedures. Requirements Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and warehouse distribution are preferred. Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset. Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn relevant inventory management software and warehouse systems. Forklift, order picker, and pallet jack experience are helpful; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Familiarity with shipping logistics, shipping and receiving.
