Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and fast-moving Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be key to keeping our high-volume warehouse running smoothly by packing items quickly, processing orders, receiving shipments, and keeping inventory organized. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, brings high energy every day, and is eager to learn new skills and advance their warehouse career. Responsibilities Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping Pack, process, and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately to meet fast-paced daily targets. Pull, stage, and package inventory to fulfill orders with high precision and customer focus. Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors Safely operate warehouse machinery (Pallet jacks, hand trucks) to move items safely across the facility. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace in compliance with all health and safety guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma/GED is preferred Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or packing role is preferred. High energy level and the ability to work, pack, and movement at a fast pace. Hands-on experience with (or willingness to learn) warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work with limited supervision Strong time management, organization, and a eager drive to pick up new skills on the job.
