Summary/Objective This position provides warehouse support and internal production teams. Warehouse associates work as a team or independently to provide receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment services. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager. Duties And Responsibilities Receiving materials from outside vendors. Notates damage and piece counts Ensures compliance with all documentation required for orders Ensures all inventory is put away in racks and properly located by end of workday Responsible for pulling glass/trim for productions teams. Assists in physical inventories May operate some warehouse equipment; radio frequency Scanners Keeps work area clean at all times All other duties as assigned To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Working Conditions Primarily working indoors, in a non-climate-controlled environment. May stand for several hours at a time. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Organization Skills: Maintain clean and organized workspace; ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate within a team setting; ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor; ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to talk, hear as well as use fine finger dexterity for keyboard and phone; ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, and reach with hands and arms; ability to repetitively lift and/or move 40-50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 70-100 pounds with or without accommodations; ability to use close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Physical Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with ability to operate hand jacks. Preferred Requirements Work Experience: Previous work experience within a Warehouse environment Computer Skills: Basic computer skills Competencies Customer Focus Decision Quality Results, Action Oriented Displaying Technical Expertise Time Management Supervisory Responsibility This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Travel Travel is not required. This position is 100% onsite. Starting hourly rate: $20-$25 Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
