Job Description Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock availability. Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading materials. Organize and maintain the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet deadlines. Inspect and verify the condition of incoming goods and report discrepancies. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed. The Successful Applicant A Successful Warehouse Associate Should Have Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 annually. FULL TIME, direct-hire position! No temporary probation period! Shift Differentials: Extra pay for hours worked after 3:00 PM Daily Overtime: Time-and-a-half is paid for hours worked beyond 8 hours Monday through Friday.
