Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker equipment and inventory management software Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 or similar systems Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including coordinating with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing stock in designated areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and shipping logistics Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or similar warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus Strong data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our fast-paced logistics team!
