What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped safely and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks manually and with warehouse equipment Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse Accurately record inventory transactions and shipment information Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company and OSHA safety standards What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred Forklift experience strongly preferred; certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workloads Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods Ability to work overtime, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance Accident and critical illness coverage 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career growth and advancement opportunities Why Planes?
