As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Position: Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $20/hr Hours: Monday - Thursday 6 am to 4:30 pm Location: Vista, CA Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory management. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
