This energetic position involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels accurately. Prepare, pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers or distribution channels Maintain accurate data entry for shipping logs, receiving documentation, and inventory updates using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, verifying shipment details, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and company policies. Organize stock in designated areas through proper stocking techniques and ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized. Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks while providing excellent customer service when interacting with internal departments or external partners. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and logistics operations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail to ensure precise record keeping. Effective communication skills for customer service interactions and team collaboration. Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus.
