Position Summary We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including assembling products, receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Must be legally eligible to possess and handle firearms and ammunition under applicable federal, state, and local laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and build products according to company specifications and quality standards. Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently. Receive, inspect, load, and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate inventory counts and record product movement using company systems. Organize and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when properly trained and authorized. Perform data entry and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records. Follow written and verbal instructions and established warehouse procedures. Handle and maintain accountability for firearms, ammunition, and related products in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA regulations. Assist with inventory counts, warehouse projects, and other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age . Must be legally eligible to possess and handle firearms and ammunition under applicable federal, state, and local laws. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks. Basic math skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
