Warehouse Associates – Material Handlers & Quality Control Location: Roland Pay: $13.00–$16.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some mandatory Fridays Available Positions & Shifts Material Handlers 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $13/hr 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | $14/hr Quality Control Associates 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $15/hr 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | $16/hr Job Description We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for material handling and quality control positions. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities Material Handlers Receive, move, and organize warehouse merchandise. Load, unload, and stack products. Operate pallet jacks to move merchandise throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory and incoming shipments. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Quality Control Associates Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy. Count and verify merchandise against purchase orders. Identify damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items. Scan merchandise into the warehouse management system. Label cases and pallets accurately. Complete receiving paperwork and report discrepancies. Assist with additional quality control duties. Qualifications & Requirements Must have experience operating a pallet jack. Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer, counting, and recordkeeping skills for quality control positions. Ability to read and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and dependability. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Availability to work mandatory Fridays when scheduled. Must successfully complete a background check before starting. Drug screening required (THC is not included in testing). No THC use before work or possession on company property.
