Job Title: Customer Service Associate Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Overview: We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a business-to-business (B2B) environment, meaning you will work primarily with repeat business customers rather than the general public. If you enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced setting, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities: Assist customers in person with product selection and questions Process transactions and ring up orders accurately Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup Restock shelves and organize inventory during downtime Handle orders submitted in person, by phone, and through customer order lists Assist customers over phone and video calls by showing products and answering questions Provide patient, professional service to customers at all times What to Expect: Work with repeat customers who order daily or weekly Communicate with customers through multiple channels (in-person, phone, and video) Support a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude Ability to work well with a team Reliable and punctual Must be available to work 6 days per week Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Pay: $14–$18 per hour, based on attendance and tenure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
