Warehouse Associate

About the role: The warehouse associate role is vital to providing our customers with accurate products in a timely fashion. A warehouse associate will assist in all operations from cycle counts to order processing to shipping and receiving as necessary throughout each day. Responsibilities: Utilizing our order management software to process daily customer orders. Preparing orders for small package orders up to and including pallet quantities. work with the sales and purchasing departments to ensure the customer receives the best possible service. Accuracy and efficiency will be the primary focal points for measuring success in this position. Assist in receiving and shipping materials on a daily basis. Conduct cycle counts on weekly/monthly schedule. Work to maintain inventory locations to ensure parts are accurately stored. Maintaining a clean working environment Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Candidate Requirements: High School Diploma Proven warehouse experience Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Attention to detail is vital to this position Basic understanding of computing fractional numbers. Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift Prior knowledge of warehouse data systems is desired. Experience with Microsoft office and ERP Software desired. Team Player with organization skills.
