Warehouse Associate – $20–$25/hr | Full-Time | Benefits

About Us Echo Rentals provides furnished corporate housing and rental vehicles for companies supporting the Samsung semiconductor facility in Taylor, TX. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep our furniture and household inventory organized, then assemble, deliver, and set up furniture so every home is move-in ready for our guests. This is a hands-on role that splits time between our Hutto warehouse and our rental homes, not a job standing at one station all day. What You’ll Do Receive furniture and household deliveries, check items against orders, and report damage or shortages Track inventory of furniture, appliances, linens, and home supplies, and keep counts accurate Organize and label the warehouse so items are easy to find Pull and stage items for each home setup Load and unload trucks and move furniture into and between rental homes Assemble beds, tables, desks, chairs, shelving, and other furniture Set up rooms so they are clean, complete, and guest-ready Disassemble, remove, and return furniture to inventory when guests move out Do basic household setup like hanging items, mounting TVs, and installing small fixtures Take photos and update records after each setup or move-out Requirements 18 years or older Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and move heavier items as a team Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, carry, and climb stairs throughout the shift Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (drills, drivers, Allen keys) Able to use dollies, hand trucks, and moving straps safely Able to read and follow assembly instructions and work orders Basic smartphone skills for photos, checklists, and inventory updates Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Occasional overtime during busy move-in periods What It’s Like to Work Here Variety: your day moves between our warehouse, the truck, and furnished homes across the Taylor and Hutto area Safety: we provide proper tools, moving equipment, and training on safe lifting and handling Work conditions: some work is outdoors or in homes during loading and unloading. Closed-toe work shoes required.
