Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at our machine shop. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, tooling, and machine shop supplies to help keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in a warehouse, machine shop, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required. Duties Load and unload deliveries and verify items against packing slips and purchase orders. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, parts, tooling, and supplies. Pull, stage, and distribute materials to machinists and production personnel as needed. Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure orders are properly packaged and labeled. Keep warehouse areas, shelves, and storage locations clean and organized. Assist with material handling and general warehouse duties. Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This position is Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30am.
