Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and process transactions accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery. Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers for timely dispatches and deliveries; ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving procedures. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment documentation, and inventory updates with attention to detail. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met; support order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with team members on warehouse distribution activities, stocking routines, and logistics planning to optimize workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety guidelines and best practices in warehouse operations. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software (such as AS400 or ERP systems), and Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable. Basic math skills are essential for counting stock, verifying quantities, and processing transactions accurately. Experience operating forklifts or using RF scanners (radio frequency) along with certifications such as forklift certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing processes, and international trade regulations will enhance your success in this role. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills will help ensure accuracy in all aspects of warehouse operations.
