Warehouse Associate – Fast-Paced eCommerce Fulfillment Pay: Starting at $17/hour Job Type: Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing eCommerce company fulfilling hundreds of orders daily across multiple online platforms. Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment where efficiency, accuracy, organization, and teamwork are essential. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, highly organized, and dependable Warehouse Associate who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and helps keep our warehouse running smoothly. This is an active, hands-on position. We need someone who can maintain a fast working pace, stay productive throughout the day, and take initiative without needing constant direction. Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately while meeting daily productivity expectations. Work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment while maintaining attention to detail. Keep inventory, shelves, packing stations, and work areas clean and organized. Clean up after yourself throughout the day , including disposing of packaging materials, breaking down empty boxes, and keeping workstations clear. Take out warehouse garbage and recycling daily and ensure designated disposal areas remain neat and organized. Assist with receiving shipments, unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory. Safely operate manual pallet jacks and move merchandise throughout the warehouse. Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs throughout the workday. Proactively identify tasks that need attention and help teammates without waiting to be asked. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and help maintain an orderly, productive warehouse. Team-oriented: You're willing to help wherever needed to keep operations moving. Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
