Why You’ll Want This Warehouse Job · Average earnings: About $18 per hour; top performers earn $20+ · Guaranteed minimum: $14 per hour · Weekly pay, incentives, and referral bonus · Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off · Paid training and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do · Unload tractor-trailers and move freight safely and efficiently · Break down, sort, and restack pallets · Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks as needed; training provided · Maintain a clean work area and meet daily team goals Schedule · 2nd shift: Starts at 3:30 PM or 5:30 PM and ends when work is complete · Five-day schedule may include weekends; overtime may be required What We’re Looking For · Warehouse, unloading, loading, forklift, pallet jack, or other physical-work experience is helpful · Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well with a team · Available for the required schedule; no forklift certification required Physical Requirements · Frequently lift and move 25–80 lbs. · Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and squat for most of the shift · Work in a moderate-to-loud warehouse with temperatures from -20°F to 110°F Ready to earn more for strong performance?
