Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties including materials handling, order picking, and shipping receiving. Responsibilities: - Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using an order picker - Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials within the warehouse - Perform shipping and receiving tasks - Operate cranes and other mechanical equipment as needed - Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring proper storage and labeling of products - Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment effectively - Experience in materials handling to ensure proper storage and movement of goods - Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems - Ability to package items securely for shipment - Proficiency in order picking techniques - Knowledge of using a pallet jack for material transportation This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
