In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient shipping and receiving processes. Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and load & unload techniques. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management software, ensuring stock levels are current and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Support inbound shipments by receiving goods, inspecting for damages or discrepancies, and stocking items systematically for easy retrieval. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests for inventory information and supporting order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Valid certification for operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks or other material handling equipment is a plus. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques, and logistics operations. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records of stock movements. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and trade compliance regulations.
