Warehouse Associate Location: DTF Bank – Stafford, TX Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly Pay: Starting at $15 per hour , with the opportunity to earn up to $20 per hour based on skills, experience, performance, and length of employment. About Us DTF Bank operates in e-commerce and distribution, fulfilling orders across multiple online sales platforms and direct sales channels. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment. Job Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, packing, organizing, and shipping orders received through online platforms and direct customer channels. This role supports inventory handling, pallet preparation, container loading/unloading, and time-sensitive shipping to meet carrier pickup schedules. Key Responsibilities Prepare and fulfill orders from online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) Prepare orders received via email or phone as directed Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently Ensure orders are ready before scheduled UPS or other carrier pickups Assist with pallet preparation and staging for shipments Assist with loading and unloading containers, trucks, and shipments Organize inventory and maintain warehouse order Monitor online order queues to ensure timely fulfillment Assist other warehouse team members as needed Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Assist with warehouse floor cleaning and trash removal as assigned Work Environment Warehouse setting Physical activity including standing, moving, lifting, and carrying items Occasional heavy lifting required Use of warehouse tools and equipment Training provided Qualifications Warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Schedule Schedule set by management Must be able to meet shipping and pickup deadlines How to Apply Please send your resume to info@dtfbank.com or apply in person at DTF Bank – Stafford, TX .
