About us Founded in 1990, Casey's Distributing is one of the largest distributors of licensed sports novelties in the country. We carry over 10,000 licensed NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA, NHL, NASCAR, MLS and entertainment products from more than 20 manufacturers. Our line includes apparel and accessories, full size and mini helmets, trading card and collectible supplies, displays, flags, banners, drinkware, tailgating items, toys and games, and much more. We ship to retailers across the country and to consumers through our online and marketplace channels. The Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time. You will also receive incoming product, stock it to the correct locations, and keep the warehouse organized. This is a hands-on role on a small team where your work goes directly to our customers every day. Schedule Monday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Additional hours are available during busy periods and the holiday season. Required overtime is possible. What You'll Do Pick the correct items for orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner Pack items safely and correctly for shipment Print shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup Receive incoming product and verify it against purchase orders Stock product to assigned warehouse locations quickly and accurately Restock pick locations when quantities get low Keep work areas clean, organized and safe Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager What We Expect 99%+ order accuracy On time and ready to work every scheduled day A strong sense of teamwork Safe work habits at all times Steady improvement in speed and accuracy What We're Looking For Warehouse, retail stockroom or shipping experience is a plus, but not required. We will train you. Comfortable using a handheld scanner and basic computer screens Able to read labels, pick tickets and product codes accurately Pallet jack experience a plus. Forklift certification a plus. Physical Requirements The following are essential functions of the role, performed with or without reasonable accommodation: Stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, kneel and crouch on a frequent and prolonged basis Climb ladders and reach above shoulder height Handle and grasp items of varying sizes Lift up to 50 lbs. Heavier items are moved with team lift or equipment.
