As a Warehouse Associate , you'll help ensure raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on schedule. Your efforts support production, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. in Winnipeg, Manitoba. IS THIS YOU? You combine attention to detail with a hands-on approach to ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently. You stay organized, work well under pressure, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You enjoy working as part of a team, embrace continuous improvement, and are motivated to develop your skills in a fast-paced warehouse setting. WHAT YOU’LL DO Support Inventory Movement Accurately pick, stage, and store products to support daily shipping and receiving activities. Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition against purchase orders. Safely transport materials to designated storage locations. Load and Ship Accurately Prepare outbound shipments according to pick slips and customer requirements. Inspect trucks and containers prior to loading to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Complete shipping documentation and confirm all required paperwork is accurate and complete. Maintain Inventory Control Record inventory transactions and enter material movements into systems in a timely manner. Investigate missing or delayed items and communicate updates appropriately. Direct materials to the correct departments to help prevent operational delays. Prioritize Safety and Continuous Improvement Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating practices. Adhere to quality standards, including GMP and HACCP requirements. Share ideas and contribute to initiatives that improve processes and team effectiveness. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a food manufacturing or production environment. Valid forklift license with practical operating experience. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy. Reliable, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Experience using warehouse management systems (such as Microsoft D365) is considered an asset. READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT?
