Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to keep our warehouse organized, accurate, and running smoothly. You will count and track inventory, sort and store incoming and outgoing boxes, keep the work area clean and safe, and handle basic facility maintenance. This is a good fit for someone who takes pride in an orderly workspace and likes hands-on work. Key Responsibilities Inventory Count and record inventory accurately, including scheduled cycle counts Receive incoming shipments and check them against packing slips or purchase orders Report shortages, damaged items, and inconsistencies to your supervisor Keep inventory records up to date in company systems Sorting and Organization Sort, label, and store boxes and materials in their assigned locations Stage and prepare outgoing shipments Keep shelving, storage areas, and aisles clearly organized and easy to reach Break down and recycle empty boxes and packing materials Cleaning and Upkeep Keep the warehouse and shared areas clean, clear of clutter, and safe Sweep, take out trash, and do general cleaning on a regular schedule Keep walkways and emergency exits clear at all times Basic Facility Maintenance Do light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and assembling shelving or furniture Report facility problems that need an outside vendor or specialist Help with setup and teardown for office moves, deliveries, or events Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse, stockroom, janitorial, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders for long periods Basic computer skills for entering inventory data Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your own with little supervision Strong attention to detail and organization Must pass a background check Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
