HOME CARE SUPPLYWarehouse Associate Home Care Supply – Burlington, ON Home Care Supply is looking for a reliable, physically capable Warehouse Associate to join our Burlington location. Please note: This is a physically demanding, hands-on warehouse position. Applicants must be comfortable regularly lifting, carrying, loading, and moving heavy and bulky renovation products throughout the workday. Responsibilities Pick and package customer orders accurately Load and unload heavy products for customer pickups and deliveries Assist customers with loading products into cars, SUVs, vans, and trucks Receive, move, stack, and organize inventory Regularly handle bulky renovation products such as bathroom vanities, toilets, doors, flooring, and related materials Use appropriate warehouse equipment to safely move products Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom Handle products carefully to prevent damage Work with the sales team to ensure orders are prepared on time Perform other physical warehouse and store duties as required Physical Requirements This position involves physical work throughout the majority of the shift . Applicants must be able to: Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to approximately 50–70 lbs , where safe and appropriate Handle large, awkward, and bulky products Assist with team lifts for products requiring more than one person Remain on their feet and active for extended periods Perform repeated lifting, carrying, bending, moving, and loading throughout the workday Safely perform the essential physical duties of the position Requirements Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Able to work efficiently without constant supervision Good organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable assisting customers during pickups Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, moving, construction, renovation, or general labour experience is an asset What We're Looking For We need someone who is comfortable with genuinely physical warehouse work and understands that this is not primarily a desk, cashier, or sales position. You should be willing to jump in wherever needed, keep the warehouse organized, handle products carefully, and help ensure customer orders are prepared and loaded correctly.
