Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute to the seamless distribution of products and excellent customer service. Duties Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload shipments efficiently Conduct data entry related to shipping logistics, order processing, and stock updates using ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against purchase orders and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Maintain organized storage areas through stocking, labeling, and inventory rotation to optimize warehouse distribution workflows Support warehouse operations by performing basic math calculations for inventory counts, packaging requirements, and order quantities Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to ensure accurate stock control Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations for trade compliance Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and order fulfillment tasks Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for stocking and packaging processes Strong customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively Join us as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our supply chain success!
