Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use inventory management tools and warehouse distribution processes to help ensure products are handled accurately and reach customers on time. This role works across shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and logistics. Duties Receive, load, and unload shipments; verify items and document discrepancies. Stock products, update inventory records through data entry, and support inventory management. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized. Prepare packages and shipments, following shipping logistics procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Use a warehouse management system and related inventory management software to track work; Your impact: accurate handling and records help customers receive the correct orders and help coworkers maintain reliable stock information. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, and stocking are helpful. Basic math, careful data entry, and customer service skills support accurate work and clear communication. Experience with Microsoft Office, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is preferred, not required. Forklift or pallet jack experience is useful; equipment use must follow applicable workplace safety procedures. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, warehouse distribution, logistics, and trade requirements is an advantage.
