Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role located in the Greater Abbotsford-Mission Metropolitan Area. The Warehouse Associate will handle daily shipping and receiving tasks, including checking incoming and outgoing orders, verifying documentation, and ensuring items are correctly labeled. Responsibilities include packing products securely, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner. The role also involves maintaining a clean and orderly work area, following all safety procedures, and working closely with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals. The Warehouse Associate may assist with cycle counts, basic inventory checks, and other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations. Qualifications Experience with core warehouse operations including Shipping & Receiving and Packing. Skills in material handling, including Unloading and Pallet Jack use. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Operation (certification or willingness to obtain is an asset). Strong attention to detail, basic math and documentation skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly and stand or walk for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided. High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial, along with a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
