Join our mission to prevent 50 million plastic bottles by 2030. Job description We are seeking a candidate for our warehouse and fulfillment centre. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling and shipping e-commerce and wholesale orders for the company. Duties include, but are not limited to, receiving inventory, packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, counting inventory, shipping orders, creating invoices, and ensuring the warehouse space is operated in a safe, efficient, and productive manner. This position offers flexible hours Monday through Friday in a shared warehouse environment. Duties and Responsibilities · Ensure all e-commerce and retail orders are fulfilled and shipped according to company policy · General maintenance of the warehouse space · Ensure product is properly stored to avoid spoilage · Handling returned or wrong orders, and damaged goods · Maintain all necessary records and reports in a timely fashion · Responsible for accurately invoicing wholesale accounts · Maintain accurate inventory records of products, packaging materials, and shipping supplies · Maintain above industry average shipment accuracy rate Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Must demonstrate responsibility and ownership to run the warehouse operations with a sense of urgency · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficient with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc · Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines · Strong leadership skills · High integrity, trustworthy · Enjoys working alone · Excellent communication skills · Passionate about the environment Education and Experience · High school diploma or equivalent Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Store discount Work Location: In person
