Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and safely through warehouse operations. You’ll use inventory tools and material-handling equipment to receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders. This role supports warehouse distribution and logistics, with attention to order accuracy, customer service, and applicable trade requirements. Duties Receive, inspect, and record shipments; load and unload products using equipment such as a pallet jack or forklift when qualified. Stock and organize inventory, update records through a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or inventory management software, and complete data entry. Pick and pack orders using an order picker or radio-frequency (RF) scanner; prepare packaging and verify orders for fulfillment. Support shipping and receiving, shipping logistics, and trade compliance by following applicable international trade regulations and established procedures. Your impact: Accurate inventory and order handling helps customers and warehouse teams receive the right products on time. Skills Essential: Basic math, attention to detail, safe work habits, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Essential: Familiarity with warehouse operations, stocking, order picking, picking and packing, and load-and-unload tasks; warehouse experience is helpful. Preferred: Experience with a WMS, inventory management software, ERP systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400. Preferred: Microsoft Office skills, customer service experience, and familiarity with warehouse distribution, logistics, shipping and receiving, and trade compliance. Forklift experience, order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack skills are useful; follow site requirements for operating equipment. Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
