Warehouse Associate

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our growing operation. Our warehouse specializes in handling high volumes of sneakers and footwear inventory, including order fulfillment, inventory organization, and preparation of outgoing shipments. This is a straightforward, hands-on position in a fast-paced but organized warehouse environment. We are looking for dependable team members who can follow instructions, work efficiently, and contribute to smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Order Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve sneakers and other merchandise from designated warehouse storage areas. Order Packing: Carefully package customer orders, ensuring products are properly secured and ready for shipment. Shipping Preparation: Assist with labeling, sorting, and organizing outgoing packages for daily shipments. Pallet Building: Help stack, wrap, and organize pallets for scheduled truck pickups and deliveries. Inventory Organization: Maintain organized shelving, storage areas, and product locations to support efficient order fulfillment. Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving merchandise, moving inventory, and completing general warehouse tasks as needed. Team Collaboration: Work alongside warehouse staff to meet daily shipping goals and maintain an efficient workflow. Qualifications No previous warehouse experience required; training will be provided. ( EXPERIENCE HELPS) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a productive work environment. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift and move merchandise and packages as required.
